The Department of Business Administration at Gangseo University integrates big data analytics into the study of business, enabling students to gain in-depth knowledge across all areas of management — including accounting, finance, human resources, and marketing — and to develop practical business competencies for scientifically addressing complex managerial challenges using big data. Grounded in big data expertise, business knowledge, and Christian values, the department nurtures convergent business professionals with the creative and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the transformation of communities and the wider world.

The department is particularly committed to developing convergent business experts who combine management insight with big data analytical skills to lead in a rapidly evolving global era. Through practice-oriented Problem-Based Learning (PBL), students strengthen project-based problem-solving competencies and grow into warm-hearted leaders who spread positive influence in the world, guided by Christian community values.
