Enrolment procedures & important notes

Results & invoices
Admission letters and tuition invoices are not issued separately — print them from the admissions website. All notices to admitted students are posted exclusively on the university website; the applicant bears responsibility for failing to check results.
Registration
Registration must be completed within the designated period — failure to register by the deadline results in disqualification. Keep contact details accurate for individual notifications.
Withdrawal
Admitted students who wish to withdraw must submit a 'Withdrawal of Acceptance' through the university; tuition refunds follow the 'Rules on University Tuition Fees.'
Health insurance
Enrolled foreign students are automatically enrolled as local subscribers under the National Health Insurance Act.
Other notes
Once submitted, applications cannot be cancelled and documents and fees are non-refundable. Admission obtained through falsified applications or forged documents will be cancelled. Details not specified in the guide are determined by the University Admissions Committee.
